Roman Chamomile from England has a sweet and fruity warm aroma. It is excellent for dry skin conditions. It is also very soothing and a great oil for headaches, irritability and muscular aches and pains.

Main Theraputic Properties: Anti-inflammatory, Antispasmodic, Analgesic, Calmative, Digestive stimulant, Antirheumatic.

Roman Chamomile grows up to 30cm in height. It has hairy stems with white flowers, which have a yellow disc.

Try blending 4 drops of Chamomile oil and 4 drops of Lavender oil in 2 teaspoonfuls of Sunflower oil, add to a cool bath for dry, sensitive skin, to encourage relaxation or to ease general aches & pains.

You can also incorporate a steam facial into your weekly skincare routine. After cleansing, add 2 drops of Chamomile and 1 drop of Geranium to a bowl of just-boiled water/ steaming facial machine, and allow the vapors to penetrate your skin. Pat your face dry and apply a moisturizer/ facial cream.

How to use:
1.Natural diffuser:
Incense burner, diffuser, diffuser stone, hand towel, paper towel diffuser;

2.Essential oil massage:
Dilute 3-5 drops into 10ml of carrier oil and massage for face or body;

3.Fragrance bath:
Drop into the carrier oil or bath oil, add to the bathtub to soak

Roman chamomile has a sweet herbal aroma with a hint of apple fragrance. It is mild in nature, soothes the skin, is suitable for all skin types, and is often used in skin care, hair care products and perfumes. Roman chamomile can create an environment that helps relax and calm the body and mind. It is also suitable for children to study or play.
